DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

As a startup small business we do not offer international shipping at this time. Hopefully in the future we will be able to accommodate. 

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

 We understand how important it is for our customers to receive their orders undamaged and on time. That's why we partner with USPS to provide you with tracking information for your orders. We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages without proof of misdelivery. We will not be refunding or reshipping your order until USPS or UPS claim has been conducted that your package was not delivered. Once your claim is submitted and you get a response, please follow up with us if your claim ruled in your favor. 

ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR BROKEN

 We go above and beyond to ensure that your candles arrive in perfect condition, but accidents can happen in transit. That’s why we’ve made it easy to report any damages within 30 days of purchase. Just send us an email with your full name, order number, the item purchased, and a picture of the damaged product, and we will take care of the rest.
