Thank you for choosing Wicks and Wax for your candle purchasing! -Please double check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order that has been placed. -Orders are made per person and not in bulk. Please allow 2-5 days for order to be fulfilled and 1-7 business days for item to be sent out. -For US holidays and promotional periods, please expect delays for order processing due to high volume. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate payment information, your order may be delayed. -There is currently no international shipping at this time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
A Few Short Steps
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, and proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item.

About Our Policy
We want you to enjoy our candles safely and responsibly. Always burn candles within sight and away from anything flammable. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Trim candlewicks to ¼ inch for even burning and avoid burning candles for more than 4 hours at a time. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in fire hazards. Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface and never leave it unattended.
For the best burn, let wax melt and pool around the entire jar to avoid burrowing. This will avoid any burrowing of wax when you light the candle again for a long even burn time.
